Pat mentioned the other day that he was surprised that I let the deck go unfinished for so long (3months) and that he kinda missed my nagging! Oh what a wonderful day, my husband wanted me to nag him so........2 days later (Had to wait until Saturday) he made his first trip the the hardware store (for a big purchase)!!!!! Luckily the deck was halfway done we basically only had to replace some boards, extend some boards out where the previous owners took the hot tub, and then screw down the rest of the deck, add some steps, and benches!
Easy enough right? Well we'll see how easy it is.
Let's see how many Saturdays we'll be enslaved to the deck project.

Heather I need to ask you how did you get the cute pregnancy count down on your blog. I tried to do it but can't figure it out. I love your house by the way. Patrick looks great working hard on your new deck. I wish we could be there to help. You know us on home improvement projects... love them!

Holy smokes you are back in action with your blog. Way to train Pat...I am still working on Jeff. I know that one day he will appreciate my lovely nagging. The deck will be so nice to have done, way to go Pat. Keep us posted!
